Vendors Sought for Midvale City Harvest Days – FREE vendor space now available

Posted by on June 5, 2018

The Midvale City Harvest Days Committee is pleased to announce that plans are underway for the annual Harvest Days Festival. The festival will take place on Saturday, August 11 at Midvale City Park.  Harvest Days is an honored tradition that brings a fun-filled day that residents look forward to every year. Country music artists The Bellamy Brothers will headline the free evening entertainment. The Bellamy Brothers are best known for their easy rolling, 70’s Southern soft rock classic “Let Your Love Flow” and are the most successful duo in country music history. In addition to free live entertainment, fireworks, parade, pancake breakfast and activities, Midvale Harvest Days provides a venue for area merchants, artists, home crafters and food trucks to sell or showcase their products/services in a family oriented atmosphere.

We are very interested in expanding our vendor booths and food trucks to go along with our incredible entertainment line-up. We welcome informational booths, non-profit agencies, arts and crafts products, food trucks as well as those that offer on-site services.

Vendors can participate FREE OF CHARGE. However, we will require a $50 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned if the vendor participates in Harvest Days for at least 3 hours.  Booth vendors are required to provide their own tent, tables and chairs. Food Truck ApplicationBooth Vendor Application
